By scheduling a massage, craniosacral therapy, or health coaching appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Cancellation
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments/no-shows, may be charged the full scheduled service fee.
Emergencies and unusual circumstances will be considered individually.
Please arrive early for your scheduled session. Your appointment ends at the scheduled time, so arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your service. If you need to make a change, please communicate rather than disappear. Life happens.
Massage & Craniosacral Therapy
Massage therapy and craniosacral therapy are professional bodywork services intended to support general wellness, relaxation, mobility, body awareness, and your individual goals.Each session is customized to the person in front of me that day. Depending on your needs, your session may include therapeutic massage, myoskeletal alignment, myofascial release, neurodynamics, craniosacral therapy, or other appropriate techniques.
You are encouraged to communicate throughout your session. You may request a change in pressure, positioning, draping, temperature, technique, or anything else that affects your comfort. You may stop the session at any time.You agree to provide accurate and relevant health information and to notify me of significant changes in your health, injuries, surgeries, medications, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your session.
Massage and bodywork are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If your condition appears to require medical evaluation, you may be advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
For minors, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent.
Health Coaching
Health coaching is an educational and collaborative service, not medical care.
Coaching may include discussion of nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, movement, sunlight, hydration, habits, environment, and other factors that may influence how you feel and function. My role is to provide education, perspective, questions, resources, and guidance to help you make more informed decisions about your own health.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease through health coaching. Coaching does not replace your physician, dietitian, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider. You are responsible for discussing medical conditions, medications, supplements, significant dietary changes, exercise concerns, pregnancy, or other health questions with the appropriate healthcare professional.
Do not stop, start, or change prescription medications or medical treatment based solely on information discussed during coaching.
There are no guaranteed health, weight-loss, symptom, or lifestyle outcomes. Individual results vary.Your body is the experiment. My job is to help you better understand the information and recognize patterns—not to hand you a one-size-fits-all prescription for how to live.
Coaching Packages & Payment
If you purchase a multi-session coaching package, you are purchasing the package selected at checkout.Payment plans, when offered, divide the total package price into scheduled payments. They are not month-to-month memberships.
Scheduled payments remain due according to the payment schedule associated with your purchase. If a payment fails, coaching services may be paused until the account is brought current.
Refunds or cancellations of coaching packages are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

It is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health information changes as research evolves. Individual circumstances also matter. What you read online may not be appropriate for you.
Privacy & Communication
I respect your privacy and will make reasonable efforts to protect information you provide.
Appointment scheduling and related communications may be handled through third-party platforms, including Acuity Scheduling and other business systems used to provide services.Please do not use ordinary email, text messaging, website forms, or other non-emergency communication methods to send information requiring immediate medical attention.Massage therapy and health coaching are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.
Professional Boundaries
All massage and bodywork sessions are strictly professional.Sexual comments, sexual behavior, inappropriate touching, harassment, intimidation, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.I reserve the right to end a session immediately if behavior becomes inappropriate or creates a safety concern. The scheduled service fee may still apply.
Your Participation & Responsibility
You understand that you are ultimately responsible for your own health decisions and for determining whether a service is appropriate for you.You agree to communicate honestly about relevant health information and to speak up if something does not feel appropriate or comfortable.No particular result is promised or guaranteed from massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, or health coaching.
Agreement
You understand the 24-hour cancellation policy.
You understand that massage and craniosacral therapy are professional bodywork services and are not a substitute for medical care.
You understand that health coaching is educational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
You understand that individual results are not guaranteed.
You agree to provide relevant information necessary for your services.You agree to communicate if you need a technique, session, or coaching conversation modified or stopped.
You voluntarily consent to the services you are scheduling.

You're welcome to explore the site, read the blog, or reach out if you're not sure which service is right for you.You don't have to figure out which technique you need. You just need to show up. We'll figure out what your body needs that day.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
